According to the pillow of the present invention, an installation height of the entire pillow from the bottom surface can be adjusted, and the height of a neck support portion can be adjusted in a state where auxiliary support portions are formed on both sides of a concave head mounting portion, thereby inducing comfortable sleep in optimum conditions. A pillow made of synthetic resin with cushion comprises: auxiliary support portions (11) which is formed integrally with each other and each of which has a plurality of vent holes (12) penetrating both sides of a base plate (10) at the center； a head mounting portion (13) which is disposed between the auxiliary support portions (11) and formed concavely along a head curve of a user； a storing groove (14) which is formed to receive a neck support member (20) curvedly extended from the head mounting portion (13) and protruding towards a back of the head of the user so that the neck support member (20) is able to be vertically moved； and an air tube (30) which is disposed between the storing groove (14) and the neck support portion (20) to adjust the height of the pillow.
