The guides (140) protrude from the outer circumferential surface of the tube (110). The guides (140) intercept the flow of liquid from the discharge openings (130) in the longitudinal direction and guide same vertically downward. The liquid is dripped on the soil from the discharge openings (130) or the vicinity of the discharge openings (130).
