PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pharmaceutical compositions for preparing a pharmaceutical preparation in which the elution property of an active ingredient does not change over a region of acidic to neutral, the pharmaceutical compositions containing gefitinib as the active ingredient, and particularly to provide a pharmaceutical composition for preparing the pharmaceutical preparation in which the elution properties does not change between pH 1 to 5.SOLUTION: We have found that a pharmaceutical composition containing, as an additive for a pharmaceutical preparation, a polymer containing one or more selected from the group consisting of acrylic acids, acrylic acid alkyl ester, methacrylate, and methacrylate alkyl ester, together with gefitinib does not change the elution properties of an effective ingredient over a region of acidic to neutral, and completed the invention.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】本発明はゲフィチニブを有効成分とする医薬組成物であって、酸性域から中性域に亘って有効成分の溶出性に変化がない医薬製剤を調製するための医薬組成物を提供することを課題とする。特にｐＨ１～５に亘り溶出性に変化がない医薬製剤を調製するための医薬組成物を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】ゲフィチニブと共にアクリル酸、アクリル酸アルキルエステル、メタクリル酸、メタクリル酸アルキルエステルからなる群より選択される１つ以上を含有する重合体を医薬製剤用の添加剤として用いた医薬組成物が酸性域から中性域に亘って有効成分の溶出性に変化がないことを見出し、発明を完成させるに至った。【選択図】なし
