The second outer peripheral part (16b) is disposed at a second prescribed distance (L2) away from the inner peripheral part (18) and has a smaller diameter than the first outer peripheral part (16a). The diameter of the connecting portion (16c) gradually increases from the second outer peripheral part (16b) toward the first outer peripheral part (16a) and couples the first outer peripheral part (16a) and the second outer peripheral part (16a).
