PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize a seal mechanism, while avoiding a stored oil in a specified case portion from being supplied to equipment in another case, and avoiding early deterioration of the equipment due to wear, and the complication of a case shape and the complication of a maintenance work.SOLUTION: An oil supply pump 36 which supplies the stored oil to each equipment which is the object of supply of the stored oil stored in an input case 30, and a filter 37 for filtering the stored oil circulating in the input case 30 are provided in the input case 30.
