Provided is a medical armrest comprising: an armrest unit supporting and fixing arms of a wearer； an armrest unit connection band extended from the armrest unit； shoulder bands connected through the armrest unit connection band and a fastening, and worn on both shoulders of the wearer； a shoulder pad unit surrounding the shoulder bands in a part in which the shoulder bands come in contact with shoulders； shoulder band length adjustment units arranged to the breast of the wearer and adjusting the length of the shoulder bands； a belt connected to the shoulder bands and worn on a chest part of the wearer； and a belt length adjustment unit arranged to the chest of the wearer and adjusting the length of the belt.
