PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a percutaneous absorbing promotor applied a sucrose fatty acid ester of a nonionic surfactant, having excellent biodegradability, little skin irritation and excellent percutaneous absorption of a molecular medical compound, and to provide a percutaneous administration substrate for the absorbing promotor and a pharmaceutical preparation for percutaneous administration.SOLUTION: The percutaneous absorbing promotor of the molecular medical compound (1) contains a sucrose fatty acid ester as a active ingredient, wherein the ester comprises a 8-22C fatty acid and has &ge30 wt.% polyester content, the percutaneous administration substrate (2) includes the absorbing promotor and the pharmaceutical preparation for percutaneous administration (3) is obtained by formulating a medical compound into the substrate.COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO【課題】優れた生分解性をもち、皮膚に対しての刺激が少ないといわれている非イオン性界面活性剤であるショ糖脂肪酸エステルを使用し、かつ、分子型医薬化合物の経皮吸収性に優れた、経皮吸収促進剤ならびにそれを用いた経皮投与用基材および経皮投与製剤を提供する。【解決手段】(1)構成脂肪酸の炭素数が8~22であり、ポリエステルの含有量が30重量%以上であるショ糖脂肪酸エステルを有効成分とする分子型医薬化合物の経皮吸収促進剤、(2)当該経皮吸収促進剤を含有する経皮投与用基材、(3)当該経皮投与用基材に医薬化合物を配合した経皮投与製剤。
