PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simple type care assisting transfer machine which reduces a burden to both a caregiver and a care-receiver, and has a wide range of applications.SOLUTION: A care assisting transfer machine 1 comprises: a handle 2 rotated by the operation of a caregiver； a speed reduction mechanism (3 in the figure 3(B)) for decelerating and outputting an operational force transmitted from the handle 2； a shaft 4 which rotates by being driven by the output of the speed reduction mechanism； an arm 5 which swings along with the rotation of the shaft 4； a board 6 which is fixed to the arm 5 and extends while being curved along a swinging direction of the arm 5； a spring mechanism (7 in the figure 3(B)) for exerting a reaction force that reduces the operational force of the caregiver to the shaft 4； a casing 8 for swingably supporting the arm 5 through the shaft 4； and a rotary table 9 for rotatably supporting the casing 8 around a vertical axis.【課題】介護者および被介護者の双方にかかる負担が小さく、適用範囲の広い簡易型の介護補助用移乗機が望まれる。【解決手段】介護補助用移乗機１は、介護者の操作によって回動されるハンドル２と、ハンドル２から伝達される操作力を減速して出力する減速機構（図３（Ｂ）の３）と、減速機構の出力によって駆動されて回動するシャフト４と、シャフト４の回動に伴って揺動するアーム５と、アーム５に固定されてアーム５の揺動方向に沿って湾曲しながら延在するボード６と、介護者の操作力を軽減する反力をシャフト４に及ぼすバネ機構（図３（Ｂ）の７）と、シャフト４を介してアーム５を揺動自在に支持するケーシング８と、ケーシング８を鉛直軸周りに回動自在に支持する回転台９を備えている。【選択図】図１
