PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfusion device relatively accurately detecting the blockage of a liquid passage of a transfusion tube mechanism according to various types of dispersions such as dispersion in production of transfusion tubes and dispersion of an installation state of the transfusion tube to a transfusion pump mechanism.SOLUTION: After the transfusion tube mechanism is installed on a transfusion pump mechanism and a door is closed and before a transfusion operation by a pump means is started, a detection means detects an extent of the deformation of the transfusion tube clamped between a tube receiving section of a pump mechanism body and a tube pushing section of the door. A reference value used for the detection of the blockage of the liquid passage of the transfusion tube mechanism is determined based on the detection value of the extent of the deformation of the transfusion tube.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】 輸液チューブの製造上のばらつき、輸液ポンプ機構への輸液チューブの装着状態のばらつきなどの各種のばらつきに対応して、輸液チューブ機構の液路の閉塞の検出を比較的正確に行うことができる輸液装置を提供する。【解決手段】 輸液チューブ機構が輸液ポンプ機構に装着されてからドアが閉じられた後でポンプ手段による輸液動作が開始される前に、検出手段がポンプ機構本体のチューブ受け部と上記ドアのチューブ押え部との間に挟まれた輸液チューブの変形の程度を検出する。そして、上記輸液チューブ機構の液路の閉塞の検出に用いられる基準値が、上記輸液チューブの上記変形の程度の検出値に基づいて決定される。【選択図】図5B
