We describe the use of low HER3 as a selection criterion for treating patients with HER inhibitors such as pertuzumab. HER inhibitors such as pertuzumab are also used to explain the use of high HER2: HER3 ratios as selection criteria for treating cancer patients such as ovarian cancer patients.
