The present invention relates to an antiseptic composition containing a mixture of levulinic acid and p-anisic acid and, more specifically, an antiseptic composition containing a mixture of levulinic acid and p-anisic acid and a cosmetic composition comprising the same. According to the present invention, the antiseptic composition containing the mixture of levulinic acid and p-anisic acid which has a wide range of antiseptic and preservative spectrum can be manufactured without using the existing chemical preservatives. The antiseptic composition contains levulinic acid and p-anisic acid as active ingredients, thereby improving storage stability and preventing microbial contamination.
