The formulated ice cream flavored with ground Indian Hydrocotyle (Centella asiatica) leaves was prepared following the steps of scalding condensed milk, all purpose cream and sugar together adding virgin coconut (Cocos nucifera) oil and ground Indian Hydrocotyle (Centella asiatica) leaves to the mixture, mixing thoroughly and placing in a stainless container and freezing the mixture.
