PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone anchoring device which enables improved handling during surgery and be manufactured with good cost effectiveness in a simple manner.SOLUTION: The bone anchoring device includes: an anchoring element having a shaft for anchoring in the bone and a head； a receiving part having a top end and a bottom end； a recess for receiving a rod therein； a coaxial bore extending from the top end in the direction of the bottom end； a seat for receiving the head near the bottom end； a pressure element which is movable within the bore； and an element made of a polymer material which is arranged between the head and the pressure element. The bone anchoring device is provided for improved handling during surgery and to be manufactured in a simple manner. The head is pivotable with respect to the receiving part and can be fixed at an angle by exerting pressure via the pressure element onto the head. The pressure element can assume a first position in which the element and the pressure element are in direct contact such that the pressure element exerts a preload force onto the head via the element in which the head is maintained at an angular position by friction before locking the head.【課題】 骨アンカー装置を提供する。【解決手段】 骨アンカー装置は、骨に係止するための軸および頭部を備えるアンカー要素と、上端部および底端部を有する受け部と、ロッドを受けるための凹部と、上端部から底端部の方向に延在する同軸ボアと、底端部付近で頭部を受けるための座部と、ボア内で移動可能な圧力要素と、頭部と圧力要素との間に配置され高分子材料でできた要素とを含む。骨アンカー装置は手術中の取り扱いを向上させるために設けられ、単純な態様で製造される。頭部は受け部に対して回動可能であり、圧力要素を介して頭部に圧力を加えることによって角度をなして固定することができる。圧力要素が取り得る第１の位置では、圧力要素が要素を介して頭部に予荷重力を加えて、頭部がロックされる前に摩擦によって或る角度位置で維持されるように、要素と圧力要素とが直接接触している。【選択図】図１
