The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a zirconia block for tooth processing with a reduced shrinkage rate, which can manufacture a zirconia block with a reduced shrinkage rate by differentiating a particle size of zirconia powder, so that processing time of a crown can be saved due to the reduced shrinkage rate, and, with zirconia blocks of the same size, more crowns than existing crowns can be produced. More specifically, the method for manufacturing a zirconia block for tooth processing comprises: a powder producing step (S10) of pulverizing zirconia to a particle size of 30 nm to 1 m； a crown forming step (S20) of processing the crushed powder into a block form and then cutting the same into a crown shape； and a crown sintering step (S30) of sintering the formed crown.본 발명은 지르코니아 분말의 입도를 기존과 차별되게 구성하여 수축률이 최소화된 지르코니아 블록을 제조함으로써 감소한 수축률에 의해 크라운의 가공 시간이 절약됨은 물론, 동일한 사이즈의 지르코니아 블록으로 기존보다 많은 수량의 크라운을 생산할 수 있는 수축률이 감소한 치아 가공용 지르코니아 블록의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 치아 가공용 지르코니아 블록은 지르코니아를 30㎚ 내지 1㎛ 입도로 분쇄하는 분말 생성단계(S10)；와, 분쇄된 분말을 블록형태로 가공한 뒤 크라운의 형태로 절삭하는 크라운 성형단계(S20)；와, 성형된 크라운을 소결하는 크라운 소결단계(S30)；로 구성된다.
