The present invention relates to methods useful in the selection of cancer patients suitable for treatment with therapies directed at c-Met. The method employs imaging agents which comprise 18F-radiolabelled c-Met binding peptides suitable for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging in vivo. Also disclosed are methods of treatment, methods of monitoring therapy directed atc-Met and the use of the imaging agents and peptides in the methods of the invention.본 발명은 c-Met를 지향한 요법으로의 치료에 적합한 암 환자의 선정에 유용한 방법에 관한 것이다. 방법은 생체내에서의 양전자 방출 단층촬영 (PET) 영상화에 적합한 18F-방사성표지 c-Met 결합 펩티드를 포함하는 영상화제를 채용한다. 치료 방법, c-Met를 지향한 요법을 모니터링하는 방법 및 본 발명의 방법에 있어서 그 영상화제와 펩티드의 용도가 또한 개시된다.
