PURPOSE: An ophthalmometer is provided to easily control the movement of an ophthalmometer by restricting a frictional force between an ophthalometer body and a base. CONSTITUTION: An ophthalmometer body(200) moves in an X-Y direction. A vertical movement member(411) is installed in the ophthalmometer body to vertically move. A guide member(422) guides the movement of the vertical movement member. A lever(430) vertically moves the vertical movement member by rotating a driving member. An elastic member is installed between the base and the ophthalmometer body and provides elastic force. A display unit displays the intensity of a frictional force according to the rotation of the lever.본 발명은 검안기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 시력을 측정하거나 눈의 상태를 측정하는 검안기에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 베이스와； 상기 베이스 상에 설치되어 X-Y방향으로 이동가능하도록 설치된 검안기바디와； 상기 베이스의 상면과의 마찰력을 이용하여 상기 베이스 상에서 상기 검안기바디의 이동을 제어하는 마찰력발생부를 포함하며, 상기 마찰력발생부는 상하로 이동가능하게 상기 검안기바디에 설치되는 상하이동부재와； 상기 상하이동부재의 길이방향을 회전축으로 하여 180°이하의 회전에 의하여 상기 상하이동부재를 상하이동시켜 상기 베이스와 접촉되도록 하는 상하구동부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 검안기를 개시한다.
