The present invention belongs to the technological sector of the biomedical, pharmaceutical and chemical engineering field and relates more specifically to a method of obtaining modified nano chitosan with different calcium phosphate ceramics formed by suspension and their respective process of obtaining. The complex is in gel / dispersion form and comprises specific properties consisting of high calcium and phosphorus ions, good stability and high biological activity, as well as biocompatibility and biodegradability. Due to the properties of the complex it is used especially in the health area related to the treatment of bone and muscle problems caused by diseases, trauma, genetic defects, among others, besides assisting in the activity of regenerative medicine and tissue engineering. .a presente invenção pertence ao setor tecnológico da área biomédica, farmacêutica e da engenharia química e refere-se, mais especificamente, a um método de obtenção da nano quitosana modificada com diferentes cerâmicas de fosfatos de cálcio formado por meio de suspensão e seu respectivo processo de obtenção. o complexo apresenta-se sob a forma de gel/dispersão e compreende propriedades específicas que consistem em um elevado teor de cálcio e de íons de fósforo, boa estabilidade e elevada atividade biológica, além de biocompatibilidade e biodegradabilidade. devido às propriedades do complexo o mesmo é utilizado, especialmente, na área da saúde relacionada ao tratamento de problemas ósseos e musculares causados a partir de doenças, traumas, defeitos genéticos, entre outros, além de auxiliar na atividade de medicina regenerativa e engenharia de tecidos.
