To provide an arm massage mechanism of a massage chair including a handrail main body optimizing the massaging effect of an arm by using a combination of a vibration motor and a gas bag without changing the size of the handrail main body.SOLUTION: The handrail main body 1 has a hollow structure, and in the main body of the handrail, there is formed a cavity 2 in which at least one massage module including at least one gas bag 3 and at least one vibration motor 4 is installed . The gas bag is attached to the top inside the cavity and communicates with the air pump controlling the filling and discharging of the gas via the gas pipe. The massage module further includes an electric control box which controls activation and deactivation and operation of the vibration motor and the air pump. At the top of the cavity is provided a gas bag chamber in which the gas bag is arranged and the vibration motor is attached to a motor placement bag fixed to the bottom of the cavity.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION【課題】手すり本体の大きさを変更することなく、振動モーターとガスバッグを組み合わせて使用することにより、アームのマッサージ効果を最適にした手すり主体を含むマッサージチェアのアームマッサージ機構を提供する。【解決手段】手すり主体1は中空構造であり、手すり主体内には、少なくとも1つのガスバッグ3と少なくとも1つの振動モーター4を含む少なくとも1つのマッサージモジュールが設置されたキャビティ2が形成されている。ガスバッグは、キャビティ内の頂部に取り付けられ、ガスパイプを介して、ガスの充填及び放出を制御するエアポンプと連通する。マッサージモジュールは、更に振動モーター及びエアポンプの起動停止と運行を制御する電気制御ボックスを含む。キャビティ頂部には、ガスバッグを配置するガスバッグ室が設けられ、振動モーターは、キャビティ底部に固定されたモーター配置袋に取り付けられる。【選択図】図1
