PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate device for detecting leakage of drip infusion to detect and announce puffiness of skin caused by the leakage of drip infusion with less number of components at low cost.SOLUTION: The device for detecting leakage of drip infusion finds out the puffiness 10 with the change in height of the skin surface caused by the puffiness 10 of the human skin 9 by applying the same pulse voltage respectively on an electrode 4 for human-skin-puffiness detection and reference electrodes 3a, 3b mounted in the vicinity, and comparing the pulse current values between the human skin 9 and each of the electrodes. The electrode 4 for human-skin-puffiness detection and the reference electrodes 3a, 3b mounted in the vicinity have the similar forms, and the pulse current value between the respective electrode and the skin 9 almost rests on the distance between the respective electrode and the skin. Spacers 8a, 8b are provided to maintain a certain distance between the skin and the reference electrodes 3a, 3b, and the pulse current value of the electrode 4 for human-skin-puffiness detection is compared with the pulse current values of the reference electrodes 3a, 3b as a basis, and the detection result is announced.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】注射点滴液漏れで生じる皮膚の腫脹の検出と報知を行う高精度の注射点滴液漏れ検出装置を少ない部品点数、低コストで提供する。【解決手段】注射点滴液漏れ検出装置は、人体皮膚9の腫脹10による皮膚表面の高さの変化を、皮膚表面に近接した位置に設置する人体皮膚腫脹検出用電極4と、その近傍に設けた基準用電極3a,3bの各々に同じパルス電圧を印加し、人体皮膚と各電極間に流れるパルス電流値の比較を行う事により腫脹10が生じた事を発見する。人体皮膚腫脹検出用電極4と近傍設けた基準用電極3a,3bの形状は相似であり、各電極と皮膚9間に流れるパルス電流値は各電極と皮膚間の距離に概ね依存する。皮膚9と基準電極3a,3b間には相互の距離を一定に保つためのスペーサ8a,8bを設け、当基準電極3a,3b側のパルス電流値を基準とし人体皮膚腫脹検出用電極4のパルス電流値との比較を行い、判定結果を報知する。【選択図】図2
