A new and distinct Spiraea cultivar named ‘SMSJDG603’ is disclosed, characterized by Attractive, gold foliage complimented with unique red colored new growth . Plants are compact, low and mounded, performing well in commercial containers. Flowers are bright pink and foliage resists sunburn. The new variety is a Spiraea, normally produced as an outdoor garden or container plant.
