PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pigment granule by which a detergent can be prevented from being colored while being stored and coloring of foam can be quickly developed during washing, a manufacturing method of the same, the detergent including the pigment granule, and a method of coloring foam during washing.SOLUTION: [1] A pigment granule comprises a pigment, a polyvinyl pyrrolidone, and a polyvinyl alcohol. The pigment granule includes the polyvinyl pyrrolidone whose viscosity characteristic value (K value) is 25 or less. [2] A detergent includes the pigment granule. [3] A manufacturing method of the pigment granule comprises a step of mixing (a) powder including a pigment, (b) a polyvinyl pyrrolidone solution, and (c) a polyvinyl alcohol solution to granulate.
