The present invention relates to a peptide with anti-inflammatory activity, wherein the peptide comprises at least one amino acid sequence among SEQ ID NO: 2 to SEQ ID NO: 179, the peptide has above 80% homology of amino acid sequence with above-mentioned sequences, or the peptide is the fragment of the above-mentioned peptides. The present invention also relates to an inflammatory composition comprising the above mentioned peptides. According to the present invention, the peptides that have at least one amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 to SEQ ID NO: 179 shows outstanding efficacy in both suppressing inflammation and in prophylactic means. Therefore, the composition comprising the peptides of this invention can be used as anti-inflammatory pharmaceutical compositions or as cosmetic compositions, in turn, treating and preventing a variety of different types of inflammatory diseases.본 발명에서는 서열번호 1의 아미노산 서열을 포함하는(comprising) 펩티드, 서열번호 1의 서열과 80% 이상의 서열 상동성을 갖는 펩티드 또는 그 단편인 펩티드 및 이를 유효 성분으로 포함하는 항염 조성물이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 펩티드 및 이를 포함하는 항염 조성물은 우수한 염증 예방 또는 억제 효과를 가진다. 따라서 본 발명의 펩티드를 포함하는 조성물은 항염증 효과를 위한 약학적 조성물 또는 화장료 조성물로서 사용될 수 있어 다양한 염증성 질환의 치료 및 예방에 널리 이용될 수 있다.
