PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate or minimize one or more of drawbacks of encapsulated benefit agents, namely, formulation limits, permeability, releasability and depositability, and provide additional perfume delivery opportunities.SOLUTION: Microcapsules are obtained through either oil in water (O/W) or water in oil (W/O) emulsification.
