A biopsy puncture needle control system (100) having a dual-optical-path image scanning function, the system comprising a biopsy puncture needle (1), a control device (2), a first light guide tube (3), and a second light guide tube (4). The biopsy puncture needle (1) comprises a rotation portion (10), a cylinder (11), optical fibers (14), and a puncture portion (15). The rotation portion (10) passes through a gripper portion (12) and the puncture portion (15). A lower portion of the cylinder (11) is connected to an upper portion of the puncture portion (15). Both the cylinder (11) and the puncture portion (15) are provided with multiple fine tubes, and each of the fine tubes in the cylinder (11) corresponds to one fine tube in the puncture portion (15). Each of the optical fibers (14) passes through one of the fine tubes in the cylinder (11) and the fine tube in the puncture portion (15) corresponding to said fine tube in the cylinder (11). The control device (2) comprises a control portion (22) and an imaging portion (20). The imaging portion (20) comprises a light emitting portion (200) and a camera (210) therein. The light emitting portion (200) and the camera (210) are electrically connected to the control portion (22).
