This invention relates to an apparatus for controlling sitting, lifting and standing by a single power, comprising a lower seat, a power source, an upper seat and a two-rod set. The lower seat has a front end part and a rear end part. The power source has a fixed end part that is fixed on the lower seat and a driving end part that is capable of generating power during a relative expanding and contracting transformation process relative to the fixed end part. The substantially-crossed two-rod set, which has a first end pivoted to the upper seat and second ends respectively pivoted to the fixed end part and the driving end part of the power source, includes a first rod and a second rod, in which the first rod is pivoted in and slidable along a sliding slot of the second rod by a pivot part. When the driving end part and the fixed end of the power source are controlled to have a relative movement, the first and second rods of the two-rod set can be driven to have a mutual motion via the pivot part and the sliding slot of the second rod, thereby forming a structure capable of controllably switching the upper seat and the lower seat among the sitting, lifting and standing modes.
