The present invention provides monoclonal antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof that bind to ZIKV glycoprotein, pharmaceutical compositions comprising this antibody, and methods of use. The antibodies of the present invention are useful for inhibiting or neutralizing ZIKV activity and thus provide a means of treating or preventing ZIKV infection in humans. In some embodiments, the present invention provides the use of one or more antibodies that bind to ZIKV to prevent viral attachment and / or entry into the host cell.
