PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing agent and an antibacterial agent specifically and remarkably deodorizing odor causing body odor, particularly sweat odor, body odor of old people, having excellent antibacterial characteristics to Legionella and being safe and extremely useful for skin sanitation； and a skin external agent composition for body odor deodorization/anti-Legionella, containing them.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a deodorizing agent of odor due to ammonia, acetic acid, iso-valeric acid, 2-nonenal or the like, having an extract from a fruit of Ritha (Sapindus trifoliatus) as an active ingredient； an antibacterial agent against Legionella (Legionella pneumophila)； and a skin external agent composition for body odor deodorization/anti-Legionella, containing them.【課題】体臭、特に汗臭、加齢臭の原因となる臭気を特異的かつ顕著に消臭するとともに、レジオネラ属菌に対する優れた抗菌特性を有する安全かつ皮膚の衛生に極めて有用な消臭剤、抗菌剤、及びそれらを含有する体臭消臭用・抗レジオネラ菌用皮膚外用剤組成物を提供する。【解決手段】リタ（Sapindus trifoliatus）の果実からの抽出物を有効成分とする、アンモニア、酢酸、イソ－吉草酸、２－ノネナール等による臭気に対する消臭剤、レジオネラ菌（Legionella pneumophila）に対する抗菌剤、それらを含有する体臭消臭用・抗レジオネラ菌用皮膚外用剤組成物により構成する。【選択図】なし
