The present invention relates to a novel composition comprising a solution of at least one acrylic adhesive and particles of a crosslinked polymer having a carboxylate group density of from 2.0 to 12.0 meq / g and an average pore size of between 0.005 and 1.0 μm, usable in particular for producing an adhesive matrix that is suitable for any device, for example for medical purposes such as a patch, a film, a band or a dressing, preferably a dressing, or else still suitable for any functional textile type device such as a sports article. La présente invention est relative à une nouvelle composition comprenant une solution au moins un adhésif acrylique et des particules d'un polymère réticulé ayant une densité de groupement carboxylate comprise entre 2,0 et 12,0 meq/g et une taille de pore moyenne comprise entre 0,005 et 1,0 µm, utilisable notamment pour la réalisation d'une matrice adhésive convenant à tout dispositif, par exemple à visée médicale tel qu'un patch, un film, une bande ou un pansement, de préférence un pansement, ou bien encore convenant à tout dispositif de type textile fonctionnel tel qu'un article de sport.
