The present invention relates to a system and a method for allowing a medical practitioner in a hospital to share an endoscopic procedure with a guardian of a patient in real time and to give medical treatment and a prescription at the same time. The system comprises: an endoscopy terminal system which transmits video information of an internal organ or the inside of a body cavity of the patient and voice information of the practitioner who treats the patient to a guardian terminal via a treatment information sharing server through a connected network and the treatment information sharing server including a login authentication module which authenticates access of the guardian terminal by comparing ID information with issued ID information when the guardian terminal inputs the ID information to access the treatment information sharing server through a network, a treatment information sharing module which transmits the video information and the voice information received by the endoscopy terminal system to the guardian terminal connected through the network, and a treatment information storage module which stores treatment information including the video and voice image, which are transmitted and received in real time through the treatment information sharing module, and a result associated with the patient who received the endoscopic procedure. According to the present invention, the video information and the voice information on the endoscopy are shared in real time between the practitioner who performs the medical procedure and the guardian of the patient who receives the endoscopy under sedation to enable prearranged treatment and recording and playback of a process of the procedure.
