An arm sling (2) has a neck strap (4) that is selectively slidably secured to a first arm strap (6) and a second arm strap (8). The arm sling (2) is adapted for use in the shower and is configured to be adjusted using a single arm. Each of the arm straps (6, 8) has a loop (16) and a belt (18). An outer surface of each loop (16) may be covered with a first fastening portion (26) and the belt (18) may be covered with a second fastening portion (28). The first fastening portion (26) is configured to removably connect with the second fastening portion (28) at a plurality of locations along a length of the second fastening portion (28). The loop (16) also has a securement band (32) disposed adjacent a junction (20) between the belt (18) and the loop (16). The securement band (32) is configured to selectively hold the belt (18) adjacent to the loop (16).
