PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse wave measurement apparatus capable of measuring a pulse wave of an organism as a measurement object without contacting it and with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A pulse wave measurement apparatus is configured to radiate a first electromagnetic wave of a first frequency to an object, radiate a second electromagnetic wave of a second frequency that is different form the first frequency to the object, receive a reflection composite wave that is a composite wave of a first reflection wave that is a reflection electromagnetic wave from the object of the first electromagnetic wave and a second reflection wave that is a reflection electromagnetic wave from the object of the second electromagnetic wave, obtain a first difference output wave form by multiplying a reflection composite wave form by a first frequency wave form of the first frequency, obtain a second difference output wave form by multiplying the reflection composite wave form by a second frequency wave form of the second frequency, and obtain the measurement value of the deviation distance of the object on the basis of the phase difference between the first difference output wave form and the second difference output wave form.
