PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscle electrostimulator which improves a sensation during use and can stimulate a muscle effectively.SOLUTION: A muscle electrostimulator 1 is configured to apply an electric stimulus to a muscle. The electric stimulus is composed of a burst wave which alternately repeats a pulse group output period P and pulse group output interruption periods R1-R5. In the pulse group output period P, a plurality of rectangular wave pulses S1-S5 are output with output stop times N1-N5 placed therebetween.
