PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent screening method of a curative medicine for premature ejaculation using a mating action evaluation system of rats.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a screening method of a curative medicine or preventive medicine for premature ejaculation including the steps of: administering test substances to a male Wister Imamichi rat measuring ejaculation latent time of the rat and selecting a substance which extends the ejaculation latent time.
