According to an embodiment of the present invention, the ultrasonic probe includes: a housing including an opening formed in a side a transducer formed in a position corresponding to the opening, and generating ultrasonic waves a heat spreader formed in the bottom of the transducer to absorb heat, generated from the transducer and a printed circuit board placed between the transducer and the heat spreader.
