The invention relates to surfactant compositions made from esters or amides of the betaine glycine, produced by reaction of the glycine betaine with a sulphonic acid and an alcohol or a fatty-chain amine derived from vegetable oils. The invention further relates to a cosmetic comprising said surfactant composition, in particular, liquid soap, bath foam, shower gel or shampoo.Compositions tensioactives à base desters ou damides de la glycine bétaïne, obtenues en faisant réagir la glycine bétaïne avec un acide sulfonique et un alcool ou une amine à chaîne grasse dérivé dhuiles végétales.
