PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposure dose calculation device capable of easily acquiring an expose dose according to a body type of a subject.SOLUTION: Using a Raysum image generated from a plurality of medical images acquired by photographing a subject by an X-ray device, an exposure dose calculation device identifies body type information on at least one of a body width and a body thickness of the subject, acquires a correction coefficient corresponding to the body type information on at least one of the identified body width and the identified body thickness from storage means for storing relationships between the body type information and the correction coefficient, and, from the acquired correction coefficient and a value indicating X-ray intensity at the time when the medical images are taken, calculates an exposure dose according to the body type of the subject, thereby easily acquiring the exposure dose(an exposure dose index) according to the body type of the subject.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
