The system for monitoring physiological signals using a bicycle comprises: a physiological signal sensor unit installed at one side of a handlebar provided on the bicycle to measure the physiological signals of a user touching the handlebar; a signal processing unit configured to amplify and filter the physiological signals measured by the physiological signal sensor unit; a converter unit configured to convert, into digital signals, the physiological signals processed by the signal processing unit; a wireless communication unit configured to transmit, to an external terminal, the digital signals converted by the converter unit; and a control unit configured to control the operation of each unit, wherein the control unit controls, if the converter unit converts, into digital signals, the physiological signals processed by the signal processing unit, the converter unit to convert the physiological signals into a hexadecimal format. As a result, provided is a technique capable of checking the physiological signals of a user using a bicycle in real time. According to the present invention, the physiological signals of the user can be monitored in real time during aerobic exercise using the bicycle, through the physiological signal sensor unit provided on the handlebar of the vehicle, thereby easily adjusting the amount of exercise, enabling to plan for exercise, and being used in connection with the external terminal.
