Disclosed is a pharmaceutical dosage form of compounds of formula (I) for use in the treatment of fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue syndrome. In a particular embodiment, the compound of formula (I) is (1r,4r)-6&rsquo-Fluoro-(N-methyl- or N,N-dimethyl-)-4-phenyl-4&rsquo,9&rsquo-dihydro-3&rsquoH-spiro-[cyclohexane-1,1&rsquo-pyrano[3,4,b]-indol]-4-amine or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof.
