PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic which can make firmness, resilience and smoothness of hair satisfactory.SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic comprises blending pantothenyl alcohol, and chitosan or a nonionic chitosan derivative.
