PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid medicine self injection device with a new structure, which can set an amount of a liquid medicine discharged from a reservoir by single pressing operation with high accuracy.SOLUTION: In a liquid medicine self injection device 10, a reservoir 12 connected to an inflow path 34 and an outflow path 36 of a liquid medicine is accommodated in an interior 24 of a housing 14, and a pressing member 16 for pressing the reservoir 12 by operation from the outside of the housing 14 and discharging the liquid medicine in the reservoir 12 through the outflow path 36 is provided. Contact parts 68, 118 that come into contact with each other by displacing the pressing member 16 in a pressing direction of the reservoir 12 are positioned around the reservoir 12 and provided at portions opposite to the pressing member 16 and the housing 14.
