PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time required to pickle food in a processing solution so as to prevent the food from being damaged.SOLUTION: Food 2 is stored in a tank 1 and a processing solution 3 is injected. Further, a reciprocating pump 4 is connected to the tank 1 and the processing solution is repeatedly pressurized and depressurized by the reciprocating pump 4.
