PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unintentional removal of a cutting blade during binding works and also hold the cutting blade at an accurate position.SOLUTION: A tape cutting portion 50A of a horticultural binding machine comprises a cutting blade 51 and a locking mechanism 52. The locking mechanism 52 has a release button 54. The release button 54 is provided so as to protrude from the front surface portion of a tape guide 46, which is a position not overlapping with the pulling-out direction of the cutting blade 51. When the release button 54 is not pushed, the recessed portion 51b of the cutting blade 51 is locked by an enlarged diameter portion 54b of the release button 54, and the cutting blade 51 is locked. On the other hand, when the release button 54 is pushed, the recess 51b of the cutting blade 51 is positioned on a columnar body 54a of the release button 54, so that the cutting blade 51 can slip-through and the lock of the cutting blade 51 is released.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10【課題】結束作業時の意図しない切断刃の抜けを防止すると共に、正確な位置で切断刃を保持する。【解決手段】園芸用結束機のテープ切断部５０Ａは、切断刃５１と、ロック機構５２とを備える。ロック機構５２は、リリースボタン５４を有する。リリースボタン５４は、切断刃５１の引き抜き方向とは重ならない位置であるテープガイド４６の前面部に突出して設けられる。リリースボタン５４が押されない状態では、切断刃５１の凹部５１ｂがリリースボタン５４の拡径部５４ｂによって係止され、切断刃５１がロックされる。一方、リリースボタン５４が押された状態では、切断刃５１の凹部５１ｂがリリースボタン５４の円柱体５４ａに位置するので、切断刃５１のすり抜けが可能となり、切断刃５１のロックが解除される。【選択図】図１０
