PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detachable stomach band which can be arranged around the stomach of a patient and detachably fixed, which can be loosened or removed by rearranging the stomach band on the stomach of the patient, or which can be subsequently fixed again around the stomach of the patient.SOLUTION: A detachably fixed stomach band 12 including an end 10a and a head 10b for receiving the end comprises removable fixing means for fixing the head and the end detachably. The end may include a teeth 14, and the head may include a notch for meshing with the tooth. In the case where the end is inserted into the head, the tooth meshes with the notch and fixes the end removably in the head. The removably fixed stomach band further includes a removable tab 24. When a force is applied to the removable tab 24 in a direction perpendicular to the center axis of the stomach band, the tooth comes out of the notch so that the stomach band can be removed.【課題】患者の胃の周囲に配置して着脱可能に固定でき、患者の胃に胃バンドを再配置するために緩めたり外したり、又はバンド全体を外し、続いて患者の胃の周りに再度固定できる着脱可能な胃バンドを提供する。【解決手段】端部１０ａと、端部を受け入れる頭部１０ｂとを有する着脱可能に固定できる胃バンド１２は、頭部と端部とを共に着脱可能に固定するための着脱可能な固定手段を含む。端部は歯１４を含んでも良く、頭部は歯と噛み合う切り欠きを含んでも良い。端部を頭部に装入した場合、歯は切り欠きと噛み合い、端部を頭部中に着脱可能に固定する。着脱可能に固定できる胃バンドは、また、取り外しタブ２４を含む。胃バンドの中心軸に垂直な方向に、取り外しタブに力を加えた場合、歯が切り欠きからはずれ、胃バンドを取り外せるようにする。【選択図】図７
