PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanoparticle dispersion containing phospholipid, and having improved stability with time.SOLUTION: In a nanoparticle dispersion, nanoparticles containing a multi-chain and multi-hydrophilic group type compound having a plurality of long-chain hydrophobic groups and a plurality of hydrophilic groups, and phospholipid are dispersed into water or emulsion. Also, in the nanoparticle dispersion, the weight ratio of the phospholipid to the multi-chain and multi-hydrophilic group type compound (weight of phospholipid/weight of multi-hydrophilic group type compound) satisfies inequalities: 0.05≤(weight of phospholipid/weight of multi-hydrophilic group type compound)≤20.
