PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation containing dabigatran etexilate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, which is easy to drink even by a person with dysphagia and exhibits excellent stability. SOLUTION: Dabigatran etexilate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a pharmaceutically acceptable organic acid or a hydrate or acid salt thereof are present in the vicinity of each other substantially. A method for producing a tablet comprising ethexylate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable organic acid or a hydrate or acid salt thereof, and an excipient； and a tablet obtained by the method.【課題】嚥下障害をもつ者であってさえも飲み易く、優れた安定性を示す、ダビガトランエテキシラート又は医薬的に許容されるその塩を含む製剤を提供すること。【解決手段】ダビガトランエテキシラート又は医薬的に許容されるその塩と、医薬的に許容される有機酸又はその水和物若しくは酸性塩とを、実質的に近傍に存在させる工程を含む、ダビガトランエテキシラート又は医薬的に許容されるその塩、医薬的に許容される有機酸又はその水和物若しくは酸性塩、及び賦形剤を含む錠剤の製造方法；並びに、当該方法により得られる錠剤。
