PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost and operating cost of a sterilizer.
SOLUTION: An ultrasonic transducer 1 having an ultrasonic emitting surface 1a inclined relative to the horizontal plane is disposed on the bottom of a storage atomizing tank 10 for storing a hydrogen peroxide solution M in such a state as immersed in the hydrogen peroxide solution M. The hydrogen peroxide solution M is atomized by the ultrasonic waves emitted from the ultrasonic emitting surface 1a of the ultrasonic transducer 1. Small particles of the atomized hydrogen peroxide solution m are carried through a heated sterilization gas feed pipe 30 to a sterilization station, and sprayed from a spray nozzle 33 attached to the distal end of the sterilization gas feed pipe 30 to be blown to an object C for sterilization.
