Present invention is related to a clip applier having an upper clamp and a lower clamp mounted on a front end of a track. The upper clamp and the lower clamp are able to perform pre-claiming movement by a spring coupled therein. Multiple staples are loaded on the track and can be actuated by a staples pushing rod. The staples pushing rod is connected or coupled with a pre-clamping pushing rod. The pre-clamping pushing rod has a block mounted extruded thereon. The block is able to push against the upper clamp and the lower clamp and making them open. The present invention can be installed with any kind of actuator like driven handle bar. The pre-clamping pushing rod is pushed forward by the staples pushing rod before it pushing the staples. The block is able to make the upper clamp and the lower clamping within a pre-clamp situation which allows the clip applier become easier to stick into patient’s body.一種血管施夾裝置,是在一軌道前端部的上、下兩側各樞接一上鉗嘴與一下鉗嘴,上鉗嘴與下鉗嘴其中一側的後端交叉,另一側的後端上下間隔並受一預夾彈簧撐開,在該軌道設有多個塑膠釘,設有一推送該些塑膠釘的進釘推桿,設有一與該進釘推桿勾扣的預夾推桿,該預夾推桿設有一凸塊,該凸塊將上、下鉗嘴交叉的後端頂開而使上、下鉗嘴張開;本發明使用時是裝設在致動器例如驅動把手,在該進釘推桿推送各塑膠釘時能先帶動該預夾推桿前進,使該凸塊釋放上、下鉗嘴成為預夾合的狀態,讓該鉗嘴構造容易地伸入人體進行施夾的操作且讓塑膠釘順利進入上、下鉗嘴之間。
