PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiating pad which needs the reduced whole cost, and in addition, can radiate the heat of a skin surface effectively and furthermore which can be used repeatedly in a sanitary state.SOLUTION: The heat radiating pad includes a liquid holding body 1 impregnated with a liquid containing water and a covering sheet 2 covering the upper and lower surfaces of the liquid holding body 1. The liquid holding body 1 is formed of a sheet-like liquid absorbing core material (e.g. nonwoven fabric) 3 welded with heat and of a liquid absorbing mat (e.g. cotton mat) 4 covering the upper and lower surfaces of the liquid absorbing core material 3. The covering sheet 2 is formed of a vapor deposition film prepared by forming a metal vapor deposition layer 6 on the surface of a base film 5. A group of vent holes 7 are opened in the surface of the covering sheet 2.
