PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weeder which can suppress weeds from becoming tangled, can reduce a load in traction for achieving utilization for a long period and can increase traction speed.SOLUTION: There is provided a weeder 1 used for a rice field like crop land for raising crops by filling a muddy culture medium with water and rooting in the muddy culture medium. The weeder comprises: a weeding part 10 which is arranged on a rear side of a movable body 2 movable on the water freely, and comprises a hook-shaped or annular weeding hook 14 arranged in a direction crossing an advance direction of the movable body 2 and a base body 13 fixing the weeding hook 14； and a traction member 12 for coupling the base body 13 to the movable body 2 and allowing traction by the movable body 2. The base body 13 is coupled to a position where advance and turning of the movable body 2 are not interfered.
