PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for detecting chewing motion and to provide a device for chewing motion detector capable of showing motion of an indenting tool.SOLUTION: A device 10 for detecting chewing motion on the basis of change of an indenting tool 11 which is capable of go- and back according to a chewing muscle includes an outer cover 12 covering the position where a chewing muscle is placed, a capping material 12a equipped in the outer cover 12, an indenting tool supporting member 13 in which its edging part is injected from the capping material 12a, and the indenting tool 11 capable of injecting from the outer cover 12 equipped in the other edge part is fixed and which moves laterally accompanying the change of the indenting tool 11, a movement following member 14 which is equipped in the indenting tool supporting member 13 and capable of moving in a narrower range than a moving range of the indenting tool supporting member 13 and changes accompanying the lateral movement of the indenting tool supporting member 13, a contact member 15 which is opened and closed according to the movement following member 14, and an elastic member 23 giving force to the indenting tool 11 injecting from the outer surface of the outer cover 12, wherein the movement of the indenting tool 11 is shown by the indenting tool supporting member 13 injecting from the back side of the capping material 12a.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】圧子の動きを示すことが可能な咀嚼動作検出装置及び咀嚼動作検出システムを提供する。【解決手段】咀嚼筋の動きに伴って進退する圧子11の変位を基に咀嚼動作を検出する咀嚼動作検出装置10において、咀嚼筋のある箇所を覆う外側カバー12と、外側カバー12に取付けられたキャップ材12aと、一端部がキャップ材12aから突出し、他端部に外側カバー12から突出可能な圧子11が固定されて、圧子11の変位に伴い横移動する圧子支持部材13と、圧子支持部材13に装着されて圧子支持部材13の横移動可能域より狭い範囲で可動し、圧子支持部材13の横移動に伴って変位する追動部材14と、追動部材14の変位によって開閉する接点部材15と、外側カバー12の表側から突出する方向に圧子11を付勢する弾性部材23とを有し、圧子11の動きをキャップ材12aの裏側から突出した圧子支持部材13によって示す。【選択図】図2
